Megan was very helpful with allowing me time to find a frame that worked for me. She was thorough showing me the best way to utilize my benefit cost efficiently. She saved my order so I could come back to start the process. Megan was off when I came back, but Jesus was there to step right in to finish my order. I let Jesus know that it was important to me that Megan get her credit for the sale. Both associates were great!!! Thanks VisionWorks Watauga!

I had a few questions about my eyeglasses and just happened to drive by and decided to stop in and just see if they would be willing to help me although I’m not a patient of their’s. The people working were SO helpful and kind!! It was a really great interaction and I plan on switching over for this to be where I get my glasses in the future, thank yall so much!

Vision Works is the eye glass store and doctor clinic of our preference. Employees are courteous and provides a great experience! I want to give a big thank you to Jesus at the Watauga location. He is a great employee, he is patient and responds all the questions I have. Offered advise and options. Big kudos to him and Vision works employees at the eye clinic!
