Dominique is amazing! My sister and I went in after our exams, and from the moment we arrived, she was so nice. She created such a welcoming atmosphere and made us feel comfortable right away. We were only there for about 15 minutes, but she still made a lasting impression with her kindness, patience, and professionalism. She truly went above and beyond, and she definitely deserves a raise and recognition for her hard work

This was my first visit! It was a great experience. All of the technology was next level. All the associates were friendly and also the Dr. was amazing. He explained everything as he was doing it! I was also blessed and told my insurance was great so I only paid for add-ons such as transition lens and glare-resistant.

The absolutely best customer service I have encountered in the Cedar Hill, Texas area. Niateese, knows the products, listens carefully and I noticed no one walked through the doors without being acknowledged; this is a rare quality in today’s world. I highly recommend the location at Hillside Village Mall. My wife and I are so impress we are committed to this location for all of our vision needs. She knows the products and provide excellent service.

I have been coming to this location for years because of Niateese! Her customer service is amazing and she’s truly helpful, courteous, and super kind! Vision Works is lucky to have an employee like her because she truly has helped so many people out here with the one thing that they need best their eyesight!
