Amazing customer service experience! I was looking for the entrance and Albert directed me to the entrance, which was a bit hidden because of the construction. I needed my glasses fixed, and he fixed them immediately with a smile on his face and gave me a new screw for one of the sides of my glasses that was not working. Everyone had a great attitude and was incredibly helpful. Also bought some glasses cleaner for a great price.

Awesome customer service Diana was very observant and very attentive to what I needed. I had no issues with her at all she made sure my purchase ran smoothly. She was very friendly and I had a great time talking to her during the time of my visit. I look forward to my next visit to visionworks with this young lady. Keep up the great work. She is an amazing employee.

I very much enjoyed my experience today thanks Diana she was very friendly & helpful in finding me a pair of glasses. The process was went very smoothly and I was in and out of the store pretty quickly. You have such an amazing staff here at vision-works. I look forward to my next visit.

Great customer service from Diana! She answered all of my insurance questions which helped me to stay within my budget. She offered extra help since I was somewhat blind due to my glasses breaking. Very friendly staff. I will definitely return.

I had a wonderful experience at Visionworks in Hillside Village. The staff was friendly, patient, and willing to go above and beyond to help me. First time visit and they converted me to a long term customer. When you visit, ask for Diana and Albert and they will take care of you 100%.
