This store has beautiful frames, it is close to home , and the staff is kind, efficient, and helpful. Right next door to my open optometrist. Things could not be any easier! Time well spent!
Aiden was awesome! Understood what our budget was and helped us maximize our benefits. Walked away so excited for my new glasses. Great selection at this store too. Heather at the neighboring Switalski Eye Center is a sweetheart and incredibly professional.
I have never had a flawless experience with getting my eye exam to picking out my glasses to leaving so happy. The entire team there is absolutely amazing. My new optometrist now has a loyal patient...they were all so kind and patient. Just a wonderful experience..
We had an appointment with the eye exam store attached to vision works. However, we could not have an exam because the front desk said our insurance won’t start until Monday. I called VSP, and it seems the account was held by Visionwork. When we returned to the store after 10 minutes phone call, the door is just closed. We catch bad time before the door is about to close and nobody has patience to provide quality service. Will select other stores for better service.
My family and I have been coming here for the past few years. The staff is always respectful and helpful. Very sweet lady helped me feel confident in my selection! We will keep coming back, thank y'all!
