Customer service was great. Friendly & knowledgeable. I found my glasses before going next door for my eye exam. After they worked pretty quickly to take my measurements for my new glasses and get me on my way. I was able to ask questions & get a better understanding of what I was getting on my lens. It was a good experience!

The Dr. was great and very informative. Your front desk girls are so kind and let you know what they are doing and how long it will be. And the person that took me back was really efficient and professional as well. I would also like to say a very special thanks to the man who helped me pick my glasses out and he explained everything with pricing and how the lenses would work. Everyone was great here. One of my best doctor’s office experiences ever.
My daughter and I spent about 30 minutes in this store at the Parks Mall. She just had gotten her prescription upstairs and wanted to check out a new pair of glasses. We walked in and we browsed. There were some people at the store but didn’t feel full. It was hard to tell who was an employee. Since it seemed everyone was busy we decided not to interrupt and just browse around. Not one person acknowledged that we were there, not one person welcomed us. After about 20 minutes of browsing. We began to wonder if anyone was going to try and help us. Around that same time another family that was there began to talk out loud and wonder if they were wrong by just sitting and waiting and the mother asked the daughter. Do we need to sign in or ask for help or take a number? The daughter walked up to the register where there was two gentlemen one was talking to a customer, and the other one was looking at the computer screen. The young lady asked “Excuse me. Do we need to sign in for someone to help us?” The gentleman who was looking at the computer did not even raise his head to look at her. He raised his hand pointing one finger up, I gesture I understood as “wait a second”. She understood it too, and she waited. But then, after about four minutes, the young lady, frustrated, walked away. In all that time the employee never acknowledged her or talked to her. I took a photo of the young lady standing in front of the register being ignored. I’m posting here. After a while, I identified three employees and one of them had been on the phone for nearly all the 20 minutes we were there. It looked like he was working with a customer . I’m not saying he was wasting time but he was completely unavailable to anyone. A lady next to him seemed to be waiting for him to resolve something on the phone for her. He finally hung up and walked towards the back of the store. He had to go by that family that had been waiting a long time and asked them if they were being helped. My daughter and I got tired of waiting. We didn’t know if there was a number to be taken, or a place to sign-in to be helped so we decided to walk away after about 25-30 minutes of roaming and trying on dozens of frames. Absolute awful customer service. Employees are not aware of people coming in and out of the store. On our side it feels like they don’t even care you are there. They do have a nice selection of glasses.
If money is not a problem for you, I’ll definitely recommend this store to you. Even though their services/products are a little bit pricey, I believe they one of the best in the game. I picked up my Ray Ban glasses from there just yesterday and I’m loving it. Their eye exam prescription is also super accurate and the ophthalmologist was really good I’ll definitely recommend them !
Went to get an exam for contacts for the first time, I was a little nervous but Jacque and Chayin went above and beyond to make my experience easier. They took their time with the training which is what I was more worried about. They helped me with my insurance and they have excellent customer service. The doctor is also great, made sure all my questions were answered. Definitely recommend them to my family and friends.
