I had terrible customer service at the Sunset Valley location with picking up my glasses. The lady that helped me acted like she didn’t want to be bothered when I walked up to the counter. Then when I told her I was there to pick up my glasses, she told me to come sit at a station to try on the glasses. She handed me 1 pair at a time to try on and then just handed them both to me and didn’t explain anything to me. After I left I realized that neither pair had a cleaning cloth with it and they’re both designer glasses. My experience there makes me want to take the glasses back and get my glasses elsewhere.

A big thank you to Damian for his excellent customer service. He helped me get my lenses swapped out in no time at all. It’s service like this that keeps me coming back.

The team, was extremely helpful professional and fast, they had me in and out in no time. Been here many times and am normally there for over an hour and a half. Not this time! They also explained everything throughout the process in terms I can understand!

Damion was great. He used his professional skill to guide me to the best pair of glasses and sunglasses as he patiently & kindly explained the issues and answered all my questions. He was a pleasure to work with and just an outstanding professional.

Absolute phenomenal experience, walked in with a contact emergency and was blessed with the help of Linda. She immediately helped fix my issue and was extremely kind!
