Never worn glasses ever in my life had an exam next door and then came into Vision works after was greeted with a smile. Shop was a little busy but was very promptly taken care of as far as what my insurance covers and any other additional cost for lens upgrades. Found a great pair of frames and was walked through the whole process of how long they would take to be ready for pick up. Highly recommend this shop for all your glasses and sunglasses needs the staff is very polite and courteous and also very knowledgeable about the products and additional features for different lenses.

Everyone I’ve dealt with at TW store has had great customer service but today… one stood out. Jackie was absolutely great. If all of the stores have this type of employee I can see why they are rated so high. 100% recommend.
