Nicole was amazing! She was so kind and helpful throughout my visit. When I couldn’t decide which pair of glasses to choose, she gave me great recommendations and even complimented me, which made me feel so much more confident. 😆 My husband and I took quite a while to discuss our options, but Nicole was incredibly patient and waited for us the whole time with a warm smile. We really appreciated her kindness and professionalism. We’re so happy we met Nicole—she made our shopping experience truly enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Candida is a great employee/ manager in the Richardson store. Both times I was treated so well, as she patiently found the best frame and lenses for me. The other employees treated patrons with the same care and attention to detail. No one was being rushed out of the store. What a pleasant experience!

Alison was super helpful and walked me through every step of the way regardless of how I didn't understand the process, she kept her calm and was professional. Excellent employee. Anybody would be lucky to have her at the store hopefully she never gets transferred because this is my home store! Thank you so much!
