Amazing customer service after purchase. My son’s glasses were broken in half by a kid at school and I brought them in and explained the situation to Nic the manager. He was sympathetic and was able to offer a frame replacement right then and there for us. Would absolutely recommend to get your glasses here. They will take care of you.

Took my dad in for an exam and new prescription. The experience he had with the staff from beginning to end was amazing! They took extra effort to make sure his needs were met, especially being diabetic. His previous optometrist did not diagnose his vision appropriately (he gets shots in one of his eyes) and prescribed him the wrong prescription for glasses. He is excited to know he'll be able to actually see things without blurred vision. Thank you Visionworks!

I’m so glad my insurance let me go back to Visionworks Vancouver. They have an excellent display of glasses to choose from, the doctors are wonderful, and Renee is especially helpful in picking out the right glasses for you. I would highly recommend!
