Outstanding crew there in Shorewood. There was a newer employee in reception and I was observing the General Manager interacting with her. The GM was very supportive, encouraging and celebrating the various challenges the new staff member encountered. The technician who performed the initial eye exam was very good and caring. The optometrist was equally friendly and helpful.
I had a good experience at my favorite Visionworks location. From the great customer service from beginning to end of my visit. Starting with the receptionist, the technician then the Dr then back to the receptionist w the aftercare of choosing frames, lenses paperwork and all. They were very friendly, attentive, patient and caring and I've even witnessed it with other clients during the duration of my visit.
Easy to schedule appointment. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable about what my insurance covered and sharing any additional costs with me. Optometrist was very friendly and explained everything. Great selection of styles for eyeglasses. Can even do blue light filters. So happy I went there!
Awesome experience overall, the staff was extremely friendly and very welcoming. I arrived a little early for my appointment but, they were able to get me in right away, the staff did a great job covering my benefits and options. The doctor that performed my eye exam was great. I left my appointment very satisfied. Now I’m patiently waiting for my new glasses and contact lenses to be ready! I would definitely come back here.
ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND!! My appointment was 45 minutes before closing but no one rushed me! In fact, everyone took extra time with me to make sure I wasn’t rushed. I cannot rave about the staff enough. Best experience I’ve had at an eye exam and this Visionworks is my go-to now.
