The gentleman I worked with was very knowledgeable in frames and all the other options I didn't know. The Dr took the time to make sure I got the best prescription possible. He has a great attitude and I never felt rushed. During the re balancing of my old pair. Unfortunately, the lens cracked. I called and they were so understanding and are now giving me a new pair of glasses with the updated prescription also. I would recommend Vision Works to all my family and friends.

Dr Hicks provided the best exam I've had in a long time. Very nice, personable and more important, very thorough and explained everything. Will be my Vision store every year as long as this Dr is there.

Crystal at Visionworks = real-life problem solver. My kiddo’s glasses decided to fall apart at the most inconvenient time (of course), and we didn’t even buy them there—but Crystal stepped in like it was her mission. She worked some behind-the-counter magic, figured out a way to get a screw to actually work, and had us back in action in no time. No attitude, no hassle—just kindness, skill, and “let’s fix this.” You can tell she genuinely cares about people walking out seeing clearly again.

I was very satisfied with my doctor! He was so informative and truly knowledgeable. The front desk members were just as pleasant. This would arguably be the best experience I’ve had at a Visionworks and optometrist in general. Couldn’t recommend them enough!
