If I could give more stars I would. I came in looking to buy new everyday glasses as well as a pair of sunglasses. Crystal was so nice and welcoming as soon as I walked in the door. I had my two young kids with me which isn’t always the easiest for some to handle but she was amazing with them and so patient. She made me feel so comfortable and helped me pick out two pairs that I genuinely love. I have had nothing but great experiences at this location since coming a few years back and highly recommend to anyone in the market for new glasses!

I needed to get new glasses with my updated Rx . I have a hard time finding frames that fit my petite face. I was a walk in and greeted by Crystal and another nice associate.I told her what I was looking for she presented a tray of petite frames and also took me to the ( large) wall section of smaller frames. In no way was she ever pushy or made me feel rushed. She gave me her honest opinion that I needed and then gave me time to look by myself. They have an incredible selection of name brand frames.Also, I really like that they have the frame price on each pair it takes the guess work out of it. Crystal went over my vision plan and what it covered, giving me different scenarios it was apparent she wanted to help me get the most out of my insurance. I ended up getting two pair and spent $200 less than I had expected. Whenever I get really good service I feel it is important to share that with others. I highly recommend Visionworks at New Town.

The earpieces on my glasses were loose and moving up and down and I was concerned about them breaking before I could get new glasses. I went into the store to see if they could adjust or tighten them. A gentleman by the name of Matt asked how he could help me. I explained what the the problem was. Matt took my glasses and in about 20 minutes or so had them all tightened up, and relieved my worry about them. I felt so much better afterwards.

This Visionworks location is by far the best store to purchase glasses. The employees are kind, considerate, knowledgeable and professional. The inventory and selection of frames is extensive. 5+ stars!

Traveling to Williamsburg, VA one of the lenses of my glasses fell out - I saved the lens but the screw was lost. The frames were old but I needed the lens replaced so I could continue my trip. Despite it being close to closing time I called the Williamsburg Visionworks and spoke to Shantel who said to come over. I got there a bit past closing but Shantel was waiting, unlocked the door and quickly replaced the lens (and urged me to get new frames when I could). There are many places to get glasses - but this kind of customer service by Shantel differentiates Visionworks and keeps me coming back.
