Everyone at the office is always friendly and encouraging. Dr. Ambrose is always helpful, listening, explaining, and problem-solving. They are very kid-friendly. They always seemed to have their thumb on the pulse of the newest research and technology, too. I love this place! I have tried (and been disappointed with) quite a few other eye doctors, but my whole family so happy here!
I’ve been a patient for five years, and every appointment has exceeded my expectations. The doctors and staff are always caring, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. Check-in and check-out are always seamless, and appointments are consistently on time, which I truly appreciate. What a breath of fresh air to be served so welcomingly by everyone from the front desk to checking out after my appointment. It is always a good sign when you can tell employees enjoy their jobs and are happy. That feeling seems to be true with nurses and doctors as well. I will definitely be returning to this practice in the future.
My visit was great from start to end. I had no long wait time, the team was super friendly, while not feeling fake (which I've seen many times in other places), and the assistants and doctor are professional and take their time for all questions. I will definitely come here again! Just make sure you're aware of all out-of-pocket costs beforehand.
Always a wonderful visit! Dr Ambrose is a true pleasure to work with. She thoroughly explains all aspects of my exam and is patient with my questions. The technicians and front-office staff are friendly and prompt in their duties. I highly recommend Williamsburg Eye Care for your optometry needs.
