I had a wonderful experience choosing my glasses. The consultant who helped me , her name was Nashwa, was incredibly kind, calm, and professional. She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the whole process very comfortable. I really appreciated that she didn’t pressure me at all and allowed me to take my time making a decision. She gave helpful recommendations and guided me in choosing the right glasses and understanding my prescription and insurance. Thanks to her, I felt confident in my choice and ended up getting both my glasses and insurance. I’m very grateful for her help and truly enjoyed the experience.

I had my annual eye exam today. On the first day, I wanted to do a walk-in since I was at the mall, but there were no available slots, so I made an appointment online for the next day. The check-up was quick, and I received a prescription for glasses. There’s a great selection of frames, and you can also get an exam without insurance. The appointment and eye exam cost just over $100. Highly recommend!

She took the time to answer all my questions clearly, eliminate any confusion, and carefully identify and resolve any issues. Three months ago, I ordered a pair of progressive glasses. Unfortunately, the pupillary distance (PD) was initially incorrect. Alba and the team promptly adjusted them, and since then, my vision has been excellent. Additionally, the glasses included transition lenses, which worked well at first. However, about two weeks ago, I noticed the tint was fading. Once again, Albaand her team quickly identified the issue and ensured everything was handled efficiently and to my satisfaction. Because of the consistently outstanding service provided by Alba and your entire team, I have confidently continued to invest in your store and remain loyal to your services. I was very satisfied with my visit. Two employees named Nasha and Nahid were very welcoming and helpful, and helped me find a pair of frames in 25 minutes. Overall, I would highly recommend visiting this location.

The frame leg on my glasses broke within a couple of months of purchase. When I reached out for a repair, they denied my request. I then asked for a replacement frame, but they refused that as well. Poor customer service and no willingness to stand behind the quality of their products.
