Visionworks

When I picked up my new glasses I could not read as good with them as with my old ones. Mr. Nash of Visionworks asked me to try them for a few days which I did with the same results. He checked the glasses against the prescription and they were correct. He suggested I request a re-test by my eye examiner which he agreed to. I will soon have the retesting done and Mr. Nash assures me they will have the glasses made to the corrected prescription. This was the first time my eyes had not been tested with a phoropter and I feel sure there will be a corrected prescription and Visionworks will re-do my glasses. Everyone has been courteous and helpful. I am well pleased.

Leslie (the manager) is amazing. Patient, helpful, organized. I highly recommend this place!!!! I didn’t have a good experience at LensCrafters near Olive Garden and they had so many workers there to help(but didn’t help at all). Leslie and another girl in this store were so kind and eager to help! I’m glad I gave this place a try!

The only issue i had was they don't warrant their eyeglasses, it was said I had 90 days to change if I didn't like them. They advertise buy one get one. But that's not the case, my insurance paid for one and I paid out of pocket for the second pair.. The associate was good, great customer service and knowledgeable about helping me with the eyeglasses I choose.

I love this place! Has a great selection! I walked in with my prescription and was met with friendly and speedy service. A lady named Patricia helped me with suggestions of glasses for me. That was very welcome and helpful! The total cost was explained thoroughly to me and was ito my specifications. Great experience!

I walked in this past sunday, did not even have to wait.The lady waited on me.I picked out my glasses gave her my prescription.She verified it on this past tuesday with southern.I called her back like she.Requested.My glasses are being prepared.I could get them back as early as next wednesday.I am very happy
