Amazing staff, very polite and attentive. The doctor was very professional and pleasant. The quality of the frames is very good. They did a great job. At first, I thought they were very expensive, but they were worth every penny. I will recommend them 110%. Now I have two pairs of very comfortable and sturdy safety glasses.

I had a wonderful experience during my recent vision exam! The staff was friendly, the appointment was quick and thorough, and they use great technology. A special shout-out to Colleen Austin who was super helpful and patient while setting up my new vision wear, she definitely made the final process easy and enjoyable! So, if you are looking for a great eye care team, this is it!

Terrible experience. I paid for new work glasses, they gave me a 2-week delivery deadline via message. On the expected delivery date, I called to check if they were ready. First, someone told me they would be ready in a maximum of 2 more days. Then, the person who sold them to me called saying the service wasn't done because it wasn't possible to process the service order, even though I had already paid. I asked why they hadn't informed me before, and the manager said they had called me – absurd, since they hadn't! A total lack of care for the customer. I do not recommend them! I requested a refund and will have my new work glasses made elsewhere!

Dr. Austin was superb. My contact prescription is complex. He is the first Dr. to tell me multifocal lenses were evan an option for me. 3 sets of trials and 3 visits to dial them in. I couldn't be happier. He really cares about getting it right. A true asset to the company! Thank you!

Got two pairs of (designer)glasses, both digital progressive light weight lenses. One pair for sun glasses Anna one pair clear. The clear was done as agreed after 2 weeks both the other pair that was tinted or dark took 4 weeks. Staff was nice and helpful. When I picked up my second pair the lenses were not fitted right?!… I didn’t notice it since I didn’t clean them they did and I put them on for fit and then put them away. When I hold up the glasses the lenses move?!!! This was $1200 with insurance so I expected a better job. I called and they offered for me to drive back for them to fix it, I might go back today or tomorrow. I’ll let you know how they resolved it. Ok, went back and David replaced the frame and fitted the lenses in the new frame. All well! Good stuff.
