Visionworks Doctors Of Optometry

I've never seen confident incompetence like i've seen at this visionworks. I came to purchase a nice pair of glasses for special events, and I informed the worker that I am willing to spend whatever for a good pair of glasses. Me and my family had been coming her for years, so I wanted to get frames from a place I trusted. The worker was a bit pushy when I ordered the frames, but I left happy. I spent 300$. When I received the glasses, they were hideous, and the lenses were bulging out of the frames. I then came in, drove 40 minutes in pique traffic, to get an exchange, maybe a thinner lens. Instead of even listening, he was going back and forth with someone else's order, and then making comments on my parking, like that is relevant to the issue we are having. He was rude when I ordered the glasses initially, and even ruder when I came to exchange them. He was argumentative when I would ask him questions, so instead of exchanging my glasses like I had planned, I just flat out asked for a refund because I wanted to leave. I think he believed that by being rude and giving me short, blunt answers, that I would take what he gave me and leave. Regardless, there is never any consistency with this visionworks, and I honestly just resorted to picking up my prescription and buying frames elsewhere. Save your money and your patience.

The service was awesome! Dee was a joy to be around and was so attentive with his help. I hardly had to say anything before Dee got me all situated and taken care of. I can tell he is passionate about his work and being an overall good person. He made my experience truly a joy. I’ll be coming here next time i need to get an eye exam. Thanks Dee!

I had an excellent experience at this location. The entire staff was welcoming and professional, but Dee truly stood out. He was incredibly patient, kind, and knowledgeable while helping me choose my frames and lenses, especially since I can be indecisive. Dee went above and beyond to make sure I felt confident in my choices, and his customer service was exceptional from start to finish. It’s clear he takes great pride in his work, and it does not go unnoticed. I would absolutely return to this location because of Dee alone. He is truly outstanding at what he does and a valuable asset to your team.

I love this Specific location. They are so personable and professional. Honestly I never leave reviews but this staff was so good to me and my family I feel like a honest review is deserved. My girl Denise going to get you right from start to finish and the other people are also helpful.

I’ve been coming to this location for years, I honestly only kept coming because they offered same day glasses. That’s not a perk they offer anymore but I understand that’s above the staffs decision. Every time I come though, every single staff member is flustered and in a rush to get you out the door. No one is friendly and they speak at you not TO you. The Dr at this location rushes through your exam because I understand he has an appointment every 15 minutes but he just gets you in and out and dismissive with your questions. I’ve come to a point where me and my children just won’t come back to this location.i can’t see myself spending any of my hard earned money at a company that takes our business for granted.
