They got me in early. They pulled the glasses I really wanted plus a couple more. They were very friendly. The testing of my eyes went very smoothly. The doctor was awesome
This place is great. The eye appointment side is efficient, and very friendly-both the tech and the dr, and the purchasing of the eyeglasses is made to be a very easy experience. Definitely recommend coming here!
The young man that I worked with was professional, knowledgeable, engaging. He was attentive to my needs while making sure other customers were acknowledged and understood they would be given the same great customer service as soon as he was available. Both him and his counterpart set the standard for customer service.
Everyone was very helpful and nice. All my questions were answered thoroughly. There was also a lot of help with picking out my glasses.
I highly recommend the store on Everett Mall Way, Great staff, I loved working with everyone there. I did not feel rushed or pressured into anything. And I felt that they were looking out for my best interest and cost. Overall great experience.
