My husband and I both had appointments in the last couple of months and we were very happy with the service we received. Kara, the Optical specialist, and the entire office staff did an exceptional job explaining everything. They even had our change of insurance all updated with a complete understanding of our new coverages. Dr. Gunther was thorough with her exam, offering us the best options for our contacts and glasses. We never felt rushed at anytime during our appointment. We would confidently recommend this practice.

I haven't been to an eye doctor in about 20 years. Here was my experience for this location: Immediately upon entering I was humbly greeted by Jenae. We had spoken on the phone prior to my arrival (The phone conversation was lovely as well) and it was nice to feel remembered. I was first examined by Kara - Who was very kind and fun to talk to. The short conversation we had made me chuckle and feel less embarrassed at the condition of my current glasses. When I finally met Dr Katherine, I immediately felt well taken care of. She thoroughly explained any concerns I might have had with my eyes and breezed through the exam professionally. The last individual I interacted with was Louis. Louis was extremely kind initially and gained additional respect from me by complimenting the hat I was wearing (A Naruto themed hat) and we immediately became best friends as Louis is also a Naruto lover. Despite us nerding out via our conversation, Louis still helped me pick my frames, and finished up providing minor adjustments to the lens placement & payment process for the appointment with "Ninja" like accuracy. Overall, this is the best experience I have ever had walking into a Optometry, and I will be going FULLY OUT OF MY WAY to go to this location specifically so long as I am above ground. Dattebayo

I had a great experience at Visionworks Woodinville. I was greeted by Kara when I arrived at the location and quickly checked in a taken back for the initial pictures and exam of my eyes. Kara was very friendly and professional throughout the my visit. I then immediately saw Dr. Gunther. Dr. Gunther was also very friendly and efficient in doing the my exam and explaining changes in my prescription and the condition of my eyes. I then met with Louis who did a great job explaining my glasses benefits and the various options available. Then Louis and Kara went above and beyond in sharing their opinions on the different frames I was choosing from and helping me select my new glasses. The entire team at Visionworks Woodinville were terrific and I would definitely highly recommend them to family and friends.

I arrived 20 minutes early for my appointment. I was greeted promptly as well as asked a few questions and then taken back for my exam. Everything went smoothly the whole VW Team was great and all appear to get along and worked well together as a team. The customer service and care was their priority throughout my visit.

I’ve been a long-time customer of Visionworks and have purchased multiple frames here over the years, which made this experience especially disappointing. I arrived only about 5 minutes late for my appointment, but instead of informing me right away, the staff (blonde lady)made me wait nearly 15 minutes just to tell me they could not see me because I was late. There was a closure of I-405 spilling massive amounts of highway traffic on local bypasses. The interaction felt very unprofessional and unfriendly from the moment I walked in. There was no effort to accommodate, no welcoming attitude, and the staff especially the blonde lady came across as rude and dismissive. After being a loyal customer for years, this level of customer service was extremely disappointing. I also saw that blonde lady was trying to rush other customers too. Extremely unprofessional. I have also complained to customer service and hope to speak to a manager. I had an emergency and lost my eye glasses during business trip and have a severe headache. I am never coming back to vsp again due to this rude and unprofessional behavior. Unfortunately, this experience has caused me to take my business elsewhere. Long-time customers deserve better communication and respect. I had referred family and friends to that location and i will ensure they know about this experience. Please stay away from this location.
