Jaela, Jennifer and Rhaisa are outstanding! The three of them seem to work together as a well oiled machine and though they were very busy, seemed to truly enjoy each other’s company. The technician who prepped me for the doctor was kind and thorough, and Dr. Ziad was kind, informative and attentive. The previous reviews are unfortunate and I will not discredit them, though they are remarkably different from the care I received. Thank you all for your professionalism and kindness. I can’t wait to get my new glasses! :-)

I dread purchasing prescription eyeglasses. It’s like buying a car. You know what you want, but the salesperson always tries to sell you something you don’t want. Then, you get buyer’s remorse. This was not the case with Visionworks at Northgate. They were advertising a Buy One/Get One Free offer and I decided to take a chance. I walked in the door and saw they had a pretty big selection. Rhaisa approached me and asked if I needed any assistance. I told her about the sale and wanted to look at the least expensive pairs available. She walked me to an area, pointed to the ones I might be interested in, offered additional assistance if I need any, then returned to the counter. It was perfect. I was left to my own device. It was painless. I was able to find the perfect pairs and she took care of everything. When they came in, I had to have them adjusted a coupla times (which is typical). Rhaisa helped with the first fitting and Jennifer helped with the 2nd fitting. In each case, they both told me to come back anytime I experienced additional problems. Jennifer & Rhaisa were both professional and personable. Many thanks to a dynamic duo!

I have had excellent care here with Dr. Ziad. I’ve had a number of eye complications and she has gone above and beyond to provide wonderful care. She is patient with her explanations and takes time to answer questions. I’ve gone to probably 10 eye doctors in my life in various cities and she’s been the best I’ve had. The office is efficient and appointments readily available. I highly recommend!

The girl helping me with my Rx and picking up a frame was great. Very professional, warm, attentive and a great listener. I was initially going to just get my prescription only and fill at Costco as I always do, but feeling so welcomed and not pressured I decided to purchase a new frame and fill my prescription at Visionworks. My eye exam was rather quick but the optometrist mentioned that my Rx was not changing much. My eyesight has remained steady for years. So I'm confident she did a good test on me.

I had great experience, everyone was so nice, and friendly... I wasn't expecting to buy glasses, but the gal was pretty smooth telling me what my insurance paid for .... I would have like a read out on what the doctor talked about in our consultation.
