Excellent, prompt service! Everyone was incredibly attentive, welcoming, and there was absolutely no wait time. My only critique is that the restroom could have used some cleaning. Aside from that, it was a great experience.

Excellent doctor (5/5). Most of the front desk are also amazing and friendly, but one who attented me today was pretty rude. She wasn't even ready to explain me my billing, costs with new vs old frames, and was talking rudely. I was told earlier that using my own frame would get me discount on eye exam, which I was paying out of pocket. For lenses I used insurance. During the billing I noticed I didn't get the discount. When I asked, she rudely said something on the lines - we were under impression you are paying out of pocket for lens which is not the case and hence no discount on eye exam. If you are reading it - IT WAS YOUR JOB TO TELL ALL THE DETAILS. I am not questioning what's the billing policy, i am commenting on the way you deal with, inform and treat your customers. This was just one instance. She was rude the whole time.
I bought two pairs of glasses at this store because of its convenient location. However, the last experience was awful. I was advised by them to purchase contact lenses through insurance; however, I got a bill later on saying those were not covered by my insurance. Even though it was a mistake on them, they kept kicking the ball back to me, telling me to work it out with my insurance. They never contacted me again, even just to give a reasonable explanation or any attitude. VERY disappointed. Will not go there again.
Had a perfect experience. Easy to make appt. Tech who did initial work and Dr were both very personal and professional. Location has easy access.
The exam was professional, but the whole office was very dirty. The bathroom was dirty, the floor was dirty, none of the machines were wiped down with alcohol wipes while I was there, and the sinks had rings around the drains. It needs a good cleaning and I'd prefer to go someplace that cleans all machines before and after I use them. It gives me peace of mind and allows me to focus on getting my eyes tested.
