Great customer service! Not only did the doctor show genuine concern and care for the patient, but the staff outside was also amazing. They helped with fitting the glasses and assisted in picking out the perfect pair that was needed. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

Great office staff! So professional! Nataka one of the associate I had the pleasure of meeting was so welcoming and resolved all the questions I had. She made sure my pd measurements were correct, because the measurements were off from me receiving glasses in 2024. She is awesome! The staff is amazing! I will always go to the Madison, TN location!!!
The staff were both kind and professional. I didn't have my insurance information. It was much appreciated that Nataka assisted me with locating and verifying this information. Also, the optometrist took the time to answer any questions I had. My daughter and I were walk-ins, had exams, and ordered glasses with our new prescriptions. The customer service was excellent and we weren't rushed. This was the best experience I've had at this location
I had my appointment today Dr.Jenkins was awesome, the assistant was awesome and really nice young man. Selena was great I felt sorry for her because she was the only person that could help with glasses and the other lady could only do the administrative issues at the counter they need some more people working at that location at least 2 more staff members that can help during the evening hours. With the store closing at 7pm two people alone cannot handle the customers and get them out at respectable time. I watched customers come in and was waiting at the counter with no one at the counter at the other end to help and Selena did her best at trying to be a good customer service staff but she can only do so much. Whomever is the manager (corporate manager) over this location get some reliable, friendly people that has customer service skills like Selena to join the staff. I think a few people need to be reevaluated at this location.
I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at Visionworks. Checked online before going hours clearly said 5:30 PM. I show up at 4:06 PM and the doors are locked. The sign says 4:00 PM (already a problem), yet there are employees AND customers still inside. I knock, and when someone finally comes to the door, the first thing out of her mouth is, “We’re closed.” No greeting, no explanation just attitude. After I show her THEIR OWN posted hours online, she goes back in, comes out, and asks for my name. Then proceeds to tell me multiple times my order doesn’t exist… until I show proof it’s ready. Suddenly, my FOUR boxes of contacts magically appear. Here’s where it gets ridiculous: they hand me the boxes with NO BAG. When I ask for one (you know… like every normal pickup ever), I’m told, “We don’t have any. Take it or leave it.” Excuse me? Since when is basic packaging optional? Then I get offered a Chipotle bag… just for her to immediately say she’s not taking her lunch out to give it to me. Why offer it then? Make it make sense. After all that, another employee somehow finds a ziplock bag the SAME type they “didn’t have” two minutes earlier. All of this while I’m standing outside in 83-degree heat like I’m asking for a favor instead of picking up something I already paid for. Unprofessional, disorganized, and flat-out rude. If your posted hours aren’t accurate, fix them. And if you’re still going to serve customers after closing, maybe try treating them like customers—not inconveniences.
