Visionworks Drs Of Optometry

So incredibly grateful and thankful to the team at visionworks! We thought my husband had a contact stuck in his eye and they were so good to accommodate us since he is not a patient of record. (Especially on a holiday weekend!!) Dr. Bob was wonderful and knowledgeable, Jenny very reassuring and helpful as well. The whole team greeted us with a smile and upon checkout made sure to check on my husbands status to see if the problem was resolved! great staff! Highly highly recommended!

Had a great trip to the VW. I was greated and welcomed by Shellie, she was also able to help me right away. I was in search for just lens for frames. Shellie really knows her stuff. She was able to explain to me the many options I could have for my lenses and saved me money in the process. She has great style and she is very knowledgeable. Shellie is truly great at her job and a wonderful person. Thank you, jcm

Was suppose to have an eye/contact exam back in March..the Dr did NO EXAM at all, only think he did was write down the information I had on my piece of paperwork that I brought. He also has my eyeglass prescription the same as my contact, strength wise, which they are NEVER the same, been wearing contacts/glasses for 60 yrs, I know. So you can figure by my statement about he never did an exam. Then they tried to charge my insurance for the part I had pd. The Mgr was suppose to call me, never happened. I even contacted CS who was suppose to have a Territory Mgr call me. That hasn't happened either. Worse place I have ever been. I want my $79 back that I paid, and I think my insurance company should be pd back, because they NEVER did an exam, and I'm only allowed 1 every 2 yrs...what a joke. S Line

Absolutely loved our experience here getting the whole family glasses! They fit the kids and I in last minute! Dr was great and informative. The sales associate we encountered Brandon “the brow guy” 😂 was Literally was so sweet, fun, & helpful! He got my glasses ordered, with a smile and a joy which always makes an experience a good one . Ask for the brow guy he will forusre make your glasses shopping fun:)

I had a very easy time here from the time I walked in to the moment I walked out of the door. I went through and got my routine eye exam done with no trouble at all, my doctor explained everything to me that I needed to know in an extremely easy-to-understand way. Both Zach and Brandon were very informational when I had questions, and I was able to get both frames and contacts ordered just the way I wanted! I left the place honestly happier than I had originally thought I would!
