My visit to Visionworks was excellent, as always. From the moment I arrived until the end of my eye exam, I received outstanding care. Everyone on the team was friendly, attentive, and professional. Dr. Parker was exceptional: kind, patient, knowledgeable, and highly professional. He took the time to answer all my questions and made the entire experience comfortable and pleasant. I highly recommend this Visionworks location and will definitely be coming back.

Had a great experience at this store. I came in because my eyesight had got worse overnight (apparently not unusual in your 40s). Dy Parker checked out my eyes to make sure everything was okay and let me try out a different type of contact lens. The staff helped sort out my Aetna vital discount plan, Basim also took time to help me compare pricing and options, and they gave me their votes to help me pick out the perfect pair of new frames.

I had a wonderful experience getting an eye exam here as a walk-in. At check-in, Brian was warm and helpful. He went above and beyond to search my insurance for discounts. He was also incredibly considerate and detail-oriented during my preliminary testing. Dr. Parker was equally fantastic—friendly, efficient, and meticulous. He took the time to double-check my scans, thoroughly explain my farsightedness, and write the perfect prescription. Highly recommend this attentive team!

I had a wonderful experience trying on glasses at this location. Marriell was the first and only staff member to greet me and took the time to answer all of my questions, making the entire visit feel welcoming and seamless. Thanks to her outstanding customer service, I ended up purchasing two pairs of glasses at a great price. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and would absolutely recommend both Marriell and this location to my friends and family.
