Visionworks/Eyemasters

Normally, I am not a corporate guy; I prefer to support the mom-and-pop shops. However, my vision insurance is owned by VisionWorks' parent company, so it is cheaper and easier for me to go here. I have been here a few times now, and I have no complaints. This last time was the best. The new optometrist, Dr. Wilbur, was great! It was easy from start to finish. I booked my appointment online, went in the next day, and was done in less than an hour. My previous visit was for broken glasses. I had the insurance, they replaced them, no issues.

All good but my personal fav was the young lady who helped me pick my frame and fit my face. She had a gift for making you smile and feel relaxed. No pressure from any of the staff. I highly recommend this store.

This was one of the rare moments when I needed to make a quick appointment. I thought it was going to have to wait a bit to be seen, but that was not the case. I went to the store directly to make the appointment and it was rather smooth. Once I was able to make the appointment, everything went smooth, as expected. Between Dr. Tran and the staff, they were all impeccable with understanding what we need, and I would definitely recommend them in the utmost level of respect.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. From the receptionist, to the tech, to the Dr and the ordering lady, everyone was so extremely pleasant and welcoming. Could not have asked for a better experience.

Had to get a new frame. The folks there did an amazing job locating a frameless set that would work even though the glasses were from somewhere else. Took time to really make me feel liked they were vested in getting me a perfect solution. Very pleased
