Visionworks – Fontainebleau Square

Insurance company only pays for glasses here. Second time I buy glasses and don’t like how they come out. Went today to get a refund for my glasses and they told me it could not be done. That the manager had to be there. That I had to go back between 10-5 during the week to do so. I work an office job 9-5 and relay on later hours or the weekends to resolve my issues. If you offer weekend and hours of operations until 7 you should have staff that are able to do all functions, including a refund at all hours of operation. I’m basically getting the go around to not get a refund because I would have to ask for a day off just to be able to get a refund

After not going in for an eye exam for quite some time, I felt very looked after. Letty, the front desk receptionist was very helpful and answered any questions I had in regard to cost and my visit. Dr Wendy was also attentive to me and thorough with my eye exam, as well as answering any questions about my eye health I had. Will definitely be going back and recommend this location to anyone looking for a quality experience.

When I went to pick up my glasses, the lady who attended me, worse customer service skill ever. Even 3 days later I called to claim my previous lens, that they told me that I should het them back, based that I was using same frame, the lady who answered the phone, same negative attitude. She should be disqualified. UNPROFESSIONAL.
