Just a thank you to everyone at Visonworks. Going here for 3 years and every one is polite and professional. Thanks to Boris Lopez and another gentleman for helping with an insurance problem I had. Really wonderful customer service. Kudos to the front desk lady who continues to smile, help out and answer any questions I have. Great store and a great team.

Fabulous experience!!!! After having a terrible experience at LensCrafters across the street who took 9 months to reimburse me for glasses that didn’t even have the right prescription , I chose to go to Visionworks. I am so happy I did! To say the experience was polar opposite would be an understatement. Vision Works staff were truly professional and everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. I was greeted by Tamisha who helped me while the optician was busy. She was lovely and helpful. Not long after, I was helped by Patricia, who was absolutely amazing! I cannot rave about her enough! She listened to my needs and found me frames that weren’t even displayed because she knew they’d be perfect for me. They were not even the expensive ones, but rather were mid priced. She gave me detailed information about my insurance and found me discounts that I didn’t even know were available to help with the cost. She was incredibly professional, friendly, and I felt like I was really being taken care of. I definitely got the best value and incredible service. I feel that I can trust that the prescription will be right. Plus they have an amazing 100 day satisfaction guaranteed period of time. I also bought the insurance since that made sense as well. Evan a new optician was also very friendly. The entire store staff was incredibly impressive and I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family. I am going on vacation shortly and they even put a rush order on my glasses to see if they could come in before I leave. Everyone here went above and beyond and really focused on customer service. Patricia is a diamond and she is a wonderful asset to this team. Thank you, thank you, Thank you!

Great experience at Visionworks from registering to see the doctor to picking out frames and deciding on lenses, it has been seamless. My prescription changed within only a few months and Visionworks replaced the lenses at no cost to me. Above and beyond! I recently had my eye exam at visionworks at 2371 North Federal highway in Fort Lauderdale. The doctor and the staff were fabulous, they cared for every issue and question I had. The staff was outstanding in finding me lenses and frames that fit into my budget. Patricia was the one who cared for me after the exam She is fabulous!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Butchey and her phenomenal team. This was my first time trying contact lenses and during the contact lens trials, I was experiencing unexpected, confusing physical symptoms during the contact lens trials—(which I later found out were due to an underlying health condition completely unrelated to my eyes) So I was frequently coming in and calling the office to get contact lens adjustments, thinking it all had to do with the contacts and not my underlying health condition. Through it all, Dr. Butchey was exceptionally sweet, patient, and completely dedicated to helping me. She never wavered, even when I was distressed during my appointments, she never gave up on me. Her wonderful dedicated staff always went above and beyond as well, handling my constant calls and changes with the utmost kindness, grace, and understanding. Thanks to their incredible support, we finally found the perfect fit. If you want an eye care team that offers top-tier expertise combined with genuine empathy and unmatched patience, I highly recommend Dr. Butchey!
