Acknowledging the customer when they arrive is big in my book. Which is what they did. They explained all the steps of the exam to pricing. I actually stopped dealing with a major competitor because they were not interested in answering questions related to pricing and upkeep of the glasses. We had two appointments for my daughter and myself. We were running late. And they made sure we both we taken care of no questions asked. I appreciate that.

The staff and doctor were fantastic and friendly! They addressed all of my needs and it was an excellent visit. I am very happy with my exam and will be returning. Would highly recommend! 👍

Very convenient and the doctor was great. The desk help was not helpful and pretty rude. Pricing was not transparent.

Receptionist always greets me with a smile. Dr. Roy is fantastic and answers any questions you have. I wanted to try contacts and it was a smooth process with them allowing you to try them at the store. overall 10/10 experience.

First off the door is locked it was (6:05 pm) I am coming in to pick up my glasses that said were ready. I am let in and I ask the employee at the front Blaise if they closed at 6pm because the door was locked and I could come back at a different time (just because she seemed so bothered when opening the door) she then proceeds to unpleasantly say “I am a female and it’s dark I can get robbed/raped” in a very very unpleasant way. And she’s like “we close at 6:30 so you don’t have to come back”. She made me feel very uncomfortable. She was super rude for absolutely no reason told her I was there to pick up my prescription and she asked for my last name and then first name and just hands me a paper (why would I just come in the store for a piece of paper) seemed very off putting like she was doing it on purpose. I then ask her AGAIN where do I pick up my glasses that are ready to pick up and she’s like “ohhhh your PRESCRIPTION Glasses” and she just laughs off and looks for my glasses in the cabinet behind the desk. So we’re making fun of me now okay. Keep in mind I only asked if they closed at 6pm that’s where this all surfaced from. I’m completely aware of the times we are in I am a women as well but that is not a way to talk to a customer especially when I’m just picking up my glasses and being very respectful and even saying I can just come back at a different time. very very unacceptable/unprofessional behavior. Using triggering language to me like I’m stupid what kind of place hires someone like this. I felt so disrespected and pushed off especially for being a new patient of theirs this is very off putting. Very disappointing I will not be returning to this place.
