Great experience! We walked in as new customers and were seen within 15 mins. My brothers glasses were broken and they put in a rush order to his new pair within a few days. They also took his current lens out and put them in a loaner frame so he had something. Everywhere else we called they said he’d just have to wait for the new pair no one offered us a loaner pair. That came in clutch bc we had a family event to go to the next day. Staff were extremely professional and friendly. We’ll definitely be going back.

I was a walk in. I had other business and ran across them. I was happy because I found someone that took my insurance. I had my eyes checked and dilated as well. I picked my frame and put the order in to get the glasses. I was also told I had 60 days to get everything settled. Today I call to make the payment to get them started and was told they didn't keep my order! I don't understand how they took all my info gave me paperwork and now they want me to go back up there and redo everything! This is bad business. Why would I go back there to try to do business again?! With everything that happened today I have no faith that things will be properly handled. They could've called and left a message or sent a letter to make me aware of what was going on.

Just had my annual eye exam at Vista Eye Center in Little Village, and it was a pretty smooth experience. Dropped around $180 total—$80 for the exam and about $100 for a pair of sleek Ray-Ban frames. The staff was super friendly and bilingual, which made communication easy. The doc took time to explain everything, and I didn't feel rushed at all. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the waiting area was a bit cramped, and I had to wait about 20 minutes past my appointment time. But overall, if you're looking for quality eye care without breaking the bank, this spot's a solid choice.
