We were loyal costumers for the 4 years we were stationed at Fort Carson. Excelent costumer service paired with competitive prices make this a wonderful option for military families in need of glasses/contacts. I could not recommend the team enough, they always went above beyond for myself and my two kids.
Mrs.Raquel and Mrs.Lee were a great help when I came into the store! It was fast and proficient work! Great attitude all the 10/10 recommend!
Belle is the bees knees! Our granddaughter’s spectacles had scratched lenses and we received the replacement lenses. However, there was no assistance from the original optical in getting them put in. Belle stepped in and helped and we left with the spectacles fixed! Always great attitudes and superb service!
Raquel was great! I called to get an order for my contacts placed and she walked me through all of my insurance related questions. She even reached out to the eye clinic I had my exam at and got the missing information from my prescription. Super thorough and very communicative overall! Truly appreciate her help. Just picked up my contacts. Raquel definitely goes the extra mile not only for me but her other customers. Really appreciate her expert knowledge.
