I've been coming to this location for the past couple years now first I would like to say the staff here are very pleasant and helpful but my recent visit had a bad experience Im not sure if this is a new staffing member im referring to the receptionist she's a young Hispanic girl and she has the worst attitude not helpful at all and very argumentive there's no reason anyone should be this rude horrible customer service skills I'm currently seeking another eye doctor to attend

Staff always has attitudes, never return calls, hard to get in touch with them. I always get treated better at the other location

The Doctor and Staff are very polite and took care of me very well. Made sure everything was done as the Doctor ordered. The Doctor always makes me feel comfortable. Thanks for making me feel at home.

I had such a wonderful experience here when I got my eye exam. Everyone was so welcoming and nice. I felt at home. The doctor was also very knowledgeable and answered all my questions with patience and clarity. Thank you all again!😊 6/2026 UPDATE: The initial service was great, but when I went back to get the measurement between my eyes (PPD), they told me it was $45. For whatever reason, they didn't put that measurement on the prescription sheet🙄. I already paid for my eye visit. I shouldn't have to pay for that.
