I had such an amazing experience at this office! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and attentive. David was extremely patient, helpful and detail-oriented and helped me find the perfect pair of glasses. The office itself is beautiful, clean, and very well-organized, which made the whole experience feel elevated and seamless. I loved their extensive collection!! I highly recommend this office & will definitely be returning.

David Costa is the absolute best! Right when we walked into the store he was instantly helpful, beyond kind, & gave amazing recommendations on our style preference. We even brought in a few pairs of our own glasses that needed adjustments, which he fixed with no charge. honestly i wasnt expecting much but this place totally surprised me. the guy who helped me knew exactly what i needed and didn’t try to upsell me on anything. i got new frames and they actually look good on my face for once. pricing felt fair especially compared to some other places i tried. already told my friends about it and we are planning to go again next month. definitely coming back for my next pair.

In a word his name is David Costa, Optical Sales Associate, who has been my guide to great vision (and appearance) for more than 10 years. I started with Visual Eyes at their initial location in Delray but stores changed, personal moved on, and it was purely by luck that I first met David. He is an elegant man with impeccable taste, a consummate professional with a knowledge of the science of optics all wrapped up into someone who must love his work as much as he enjoys the customers he serves. Both my wife and I are in love with him and proud members of his fan club. Yes, the store has solid gold Cartier frames for more than $10,000 and sunglasses on sale for us normal people. It is an immaculate facility with the greatest staff and cutting edge medical services. When you want to see and look your very best, when you enjoy service beyond your wildest expectations, see David. I promise you will become a believer like me.

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Patricia today. She provided terrific customer service and guidance throughout the process. She made thoughtful recommendations on frames and lens choices and as we were checking out, helped us look up and apply our insurance benefits as well.
