I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Cao and staffs! She is absolutely amazing with kids—so patient, gentle, and kind. From the moment we walked in, she made both my kids feel completely comfortable and at ease. She takes her time, never rushes, and truly knows how to connect with children in a way that makes the whole experience stress-free and even enjoyable. What I appreciate most is how thoroughly she explains everything. She walks through each step of the exam, clearly explains what she’s looking for, and makes sure both parents and kids understand what’s going on. She answers every question thoughtfully and makes you feel heard and valued. It’s such a relief to find a provider who combines expertise with genuine compassion. We are so grateful for the exceptional care she provides and highly recommend her to any family looking for an outstanding optometrist!

Dr Cao is kind, beautiful, and understands vision nuances really well. I’ve been looking for a vision therapist who is this good in the greater area of los Angeles for 20 years. I’m very grateful to have finally found her. I look forward to my continued improvement in sight and processing.

I saw Dr. Cao today with complicated vision issues. She was thorough, patient, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable! Adjusting my vision through the standing vision test and then watching me walk she even helped my BALANCE! I look forward to seeing her for my yearly eye exams. We live a distance from her office, but maybe I’ll see her more often than annually. She gave me the name of a Dr. closer to home for possible Vision Therapy. How KIND! For now I’m SO HAPPY I saw her at the encouragement of my PRI Physical Therapist. Everyone in her office works together to offer great care, with great caring.

I contacted Dr. Cao because of her background in PRI (Postural Restoration Institute). She tested my vision seated and while walking, which is unlike anything I have experienced before with optometry, but which makes total sense! I now have new, dedicated, PRI-tuned walking/exercise lenses, which make me feel well balanced and stable.
