Dr. Vold and his team are absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in and was greeted by Jackie and Rachel, to meeting Dr. Vold and getting my Smile Pro procedure done, the experience was incredible. This is hands down one of the best medical staffs I’ve ever encountered. Everyone clearly loves what they do and truly cares about their patients. They made the entire process feel safe, welcoming, and honestly exciting. The level of enthusiasm, support, and reassurance I received throughout was next level. Huge thank you to the Vold Vision team for all the follow-ups, the late check-in calls after surgery, and always being available to help. Dr. Volt was one of the kindest doctors we have ever had for any medical issues. He was very kinda gentle with my autistic adult son. Jackie the receptionist made the visit great from the first phone call. Amber and Chrystal ( I apologize if I have you names wrong) walked us through the whole procedure. We are truly blessed to have found this office!
