Walmart Vision Center

Updated review: I’d like to share that Walmart Vision has been very helpful, and the staff are friendly and supportive. I understand they were remodeling, which explains the earlier issues. Everything is now resolved, and I was able to return both of my glasses. I’m updating and taking back my previous review—thank you for all your help.

Walmart Vision and Glasses in Martinez did a fraudulent job on my sun Glasses. They cut the lenses too small and instead of correcting the issue they added pieces of rubber around the lenses and didn't tell me anything about this. Several months later the rubber they put has had deteriorated and the lenses came out of the frame. I've been calling for 3 weeks and different people said the manager is absent and people changed etc. Yesterday Maira told me that they will take care of it. This morning I called and Meira didn't pickup the phone, another women who works there told me rudely that they will not take care of it and hang up on me. This will go to court . Don't trust this vision store

My glasses broke on the airplane when I landed in SF to visit family. Went straight to Walmart, and the lovely employees helped me get my frames stable enough to wear (at no charge mind you!!) until I could find somewhere to get a same day pair to last the rest of my trip. They spent significant time trying all ways to make my glasses wearable so I could could continue to see.. 10/10 customer service, extremely grateful for their ability to help me and the positive attitude they had :)

I went prepared to buy a new pair of glasses in case the ones I have were no longer fixable. James pleasantly looked at my glasses then took them inside his office. He came out with my fixed glasses and a couple of lens wipes. What a quick fix!!! It didn’t even take him 5 minutes. James was super nice and polite. I definitely recommend this business.
