Walmart Vision Center

Consistently horrible service from this location and full store. The vision center closed at 6pm, although the sign says 7, and the posted hours say 8pm. My child's glasses have been held hostage at this center since last week, as each time I stop by the center is closed (despite the posted hours). Really disgusting, and store employees/customer service cannot help. Management (pictured with back turned) refused to look at me in the face (too busy with stuffed animals) or address my concerns. My daughter has suffered from low vision in school because of this delay. Never again.

Purchased prescription glasses in late August 2024. Arrived about a month later. Glasses are already scratched up. Low quality eyewear. What a waste of money!!!😏😣😥😪😡😠 Update - Oct 2025 Have to go back to get my 3rd set of lenses in a year. they are making them so they last 6 months or less. Update II - Feb 2026 My frames have fallen apart. Disatrious Ordeal buying from Walmart, super disappointed.

I have purchased multiple pairs of glasses from this location and have always had a positive experience! Friendly staff and my glasses have always turned out great. Highly recommended.

I am trying to make an appointment and the vision center is never open and people never answer the phone. I called customer service and they paged them and transferred me several times with no luck. I guess I will not be using them
