Had a great experience at Walmart Vision Center in Eastlake, Chula Vista. The staff (Charito P.) was friendly, helpful, and made the whole process smooth and easy. She took the time to answer questions and made sure everything was just right. I ordered prescription glasses and Eye Fly glasses— very happy with both!😊 Special thanks to Charito P. Who went above and beyond to help me— truly appreciated!💛 Really happy with the service and care I received— definitely recommend!

buyer beware DO NOT purchase extended warranty on lenses or frames at vision center They do not have an active manager on site seven days a week. It’s only a few days a week and they do not honor scratches on a lens unless it’s heavily severe bullshit extended warranty service. No store either on site after 5pm Lawsuit is pending.

I was so pleased with the service I received from this Vision Center. They went above and beyond to help me find the perfect frame and lenses for me. So many frames to choose from. Great service.
