I visited Walmart Vision & Glasses to order prescription sunglasses and had an outstanding experience, thanks to a staff member named Lisa. From the moment she assisted me, it was clear she truly excels at her role. She was warm, efficient, and knowledgeable — walking me through the entire process while also helping me find ways to save money. The level of care and expertise she brought to my visit made the whole experience seamless and enjoyable. Lisa is a genuine asset to the team, and Walmart Vision & Glasses is lucky to have her. She absolutely made my day!

I had an eye examination with Dr. Marianne Tran and had an excellent experience. She conducted the exam with great care, patience, and attention to detail, and explained each step clearly and professionally. Her friendly and calm manner made me feel very comfortable throughout the visit. I truly appreciated her thoroughness and dedication during the evaluation of my eyes. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Tran at the Walmart in laguna niguel is excellent and thorough. Have been seeeing her for years. Went to get glasses today and the customer service provided by Lisa was exceptional. My choices were limited by my frame size and Lisa was patient and so helpful in finding me the right frame for my progressive lenses.

Horrible experience, the people working there don’t know what they are doing. In summary they misinform me about my insurance and in summary cause me to loose $75 from my insurance unused and no longer usable. They either don’t understand what they are doing or they just didn’t care to explain to me correctly how my insurance worked and when I asked they didn’t respond to my question. Also want to add that the Doctor on the other hand is amazing but the Walmart vision works are horrible and again don’t know what they are doing nor what they are explaining.

Ive been using this eye glass location for pretty much my whole life and just recently the quality has absolutely tanked. Will not be using walmart vision every again. I absolutely baby my glasses, and had to change the lens 3 times in one year! And this happens today. Looks like the coating is just melting off and these lens are only like 6 month old.
