horrible service rude unproffessional im attached the photo of my leanses whichs same 30% tent but looks so different and when im complainig they just looking to me like im crazy annoying person bad job

I guess they’ve broken off from the actual doctors office, which is fine. But the lady who answers the phone at this number here is rude. She doesn’t let you finish and talks over you to let you know to call another number for appointments, at least let me finish my sentence.

Horrendous management, could care less about customer orders once placed. Abusive to seniors. Messed up my 96 year old mother's glasses 3 times, and the woman manager sitting in a chair doing nothing acted as if our questions were a bother and we were stupid. What nerve. This is the eyeglass portion of the store. The optician next door is wonderful, but her work is in vain with these people fulfilling.

Much to my surprise this place not only offered variety of frames, styles and prices, But also the staff made sure that you have tried all the different frames and you're satisfied. They also explain con's and pro's of each of them and spend enough time with you till you find your best suit.They also have a good costumer service and return policys in case you were not satisfied with your glasses. You might need to wait if you go there on hours that they're busy. So I recommend that you call them in advance and find out when they would be less busy. I don't think there are any appointments and it's a walk-in place.
