Barbara in Optical is so helpful and she speaks Spanish too. I have family that only speaks Spanish and it's very helpful to have assistance. The Optometrist speak Spanish as well. The prices are also great too!

I had a very disappointing experience at this store. I asked for help adjusting the nose pads on my new glasses, but the staff member handled them carelessly—he pressed the nose pads with his bare fingers, left visible fingerprints on the lenses, and didn’t bother to clean them. When I pointed out that the glasses still looked uneven, he told me “your own glasses are not symmetrical anyway” — as if the problem was my face, not the poor adjustment. I found this extremely rude and unprofessional. I expected a basic level of courtesy and proper handling of eyewear. Sadly, this store did not meet that standard. I will not be returning, and I would not recommend this location to others.

I went in to Walmart visión & glasses located on Azusa and Gale to get my eye glasses repair. Manager Tristan Fontaine Didn’t hesitare to assist with my repair request. He personally repaired my glasses in a matter of 3 minutes. I strongly recommend this office for your eyeglasses needs. Thank you, Mr Tristan

Great customer service, great doctor. Not sure what the bad reviews are about sounds like a bunch of entitled peeps. I had a wonderful experience starting with my exam the receptionist I forgot her name was kind & sweet very thorough with the test she was doing & the staff were also very helpful. I was able to purchase some glasses & some contacts! I will definitely be recommending this vision center.
