Walmart Vision Center

Carmen in the vision center was amazingly helpful! My son lost his new eyeglasses in the ocean while on vacation in Cali. Carmen was able to work with the doctor to get my son a pair of sample contacts he could use so that he wasn’t blind the remainder of his vacation. They were so understanding & awesome!

Erika did an amazing job helping me with my eyeglass repair. Very friendly and knows what she is doing. I will be back when I buy more glasses!!

Had a great experience at Walmart vision center today. Everyone is always so kind & helpful, today I had the pleasure of chatting and getting help from Erika! She did an amazing job of explaining everything & walking me through my best options for glasses. Erika even helped me pick the perfect frames! Have been coming here for years and it continues to leave me with a great experience.

This place is the worst! I had went here to get a pair of glasses since my old ones broke during the pandemic. The woman at the front desk where the eye glasses are located at in the front part, had helped me. I believe was the manager or the owner. She had tried to upsell me on everything, she kept adding on items, but lied by mentioning my old glasses had all these add ons, which was not true. I had wanted to have them put in my Prada frames I had already purchased for around $300.00 give or take, but the optometrist had made a small mistake by making them too strong... . I could not walk in a straight line, yet even drive with them on. So the doctor adjusted it to my old ones that were perfect & what I had originally wanted. So when I was returning the lenses, I had ask if could exchange lenses? She said no & the girl took my glasses out of my hands then she walked away & told me she wanted to make sure to take out the lenses since they were pricy & the frame was expensive. Told her thank you for the help, I just really needed glasses to drive with that were the same lenses as my old ones. So I didn’t know why she was upset. So when she came back. My glasses had been wrapped up in the case, was thinking that was nice. Until I unwrapped them & noticed too late she had broke my frames by twisting them all up so bad I can’t use them! You damage personal property! I should have made a report, but didn’t think someone especially a manager or an owner would damage a $300 pair of Prada glasses like that! Then she started speaking Spanish to another girl & both stared and were laughing as I was leaving. I would have to find my paper work.

Really enjoyed my vision exam visit with Dr Rex. One of the most interesting, kindest persons I’ve met AND a very good Optometrist. The staff were very helpful, Erika and Nora were superb. Nora helped me get just the glasses I wanted. Thank you all for such a pleasant experience. A rarity in today’s world.
