Accepted our walk in yesterday and after filling out paper work, they were able to quickly get my mother and myself in to see the optometrist. He was very fast and efficient with my exam, which is exactly what I wanted. With my mother, he calmly and politely addressed all the issues she was having with her current prescription, and I could tell he was taking the time to appropriately address her needs. The optometry staff were very kind and had some lovely conversations with me while I waited for the paper work to be finalized. The eye center ladies were just as kind and definitely took the time to help us with everything we needed. On top of everything I saved hundreds of dollars by going here, instead of my local optometrist who gave me a ridiculously high quote for a new pair. Thank you to everyone there who helped us yesterday morning!

The entire staff is friendly and informative. I scheduled my 9 year old for his first eye exam and he was so excited, but also nervous. The doctor and tech explained exactly what they were doing and made him feel so comfortable with the the process. They were also able to be squeeze me in for a last minute appointment since I was running low on contacts. We will definitely return!
Love going here. I have been going here for years. It is not just convenient for me. They have always had really good service. I am always able to find the perfect glasses for myself. Whenever I need my glasses tightened or fixed, they have such speedy service. Great and friendly staff.
Thank you, Maggie and the entire staff at the Walmart Vision Center. After trying 9 different pair of glasses over a years time, at a competitor, I walked away with no glasses & a loss of over $900. The staff at Walmart got me into a pair of glasses in just 2 try's in less than a month. They are kind, efficient & clearly know what they are doing. While shopping in the store, on another occasion, one of the Vision Center staff recognized me and ask how I was doing with the new glasses! In a store the size and volume of Walmart, I was beyond surprised. This experience has brought joy to all of my shopping experiences in Walmart. I have recommended the Vison Department to everyone since that experience. They are my 'go-to' from that day forward. I will go to see their optimist when I need my next exam based on this experience. Thank you to the entire team!
This is the worst experience I've had with a "professional" in years. Today 3/3/22 I came in for an eye exam and a new prescription for my contact lenses around 2 in the afternoon. I was seen quickly and the receptionist was nice. That was all that was good about this place. The doctor was very rude and gave me a prescription, which when I put the lenses in my eyes was clearly not right. Everything I looked at was very blurry until I focused hard on it for a few seconds. This made me dizzy. I told him this new prescription does not work, which he responded, you can take that one or your old one. So what am I paying for when I came in for a new prescription? I expect a new prescription, and one I can actually see in! I told him I need a prescription that works and he went in the little contact lens sample room and slammed the door in my face. Incredibly rude and disrespectful. I told the receptionist I'm not paying to be scammed and disrespected, and I did not pay. Do not waste your time and money here. There's a lenscrafters at the mall and that's where I'll be going to get a REAL exam and prescription.
