Everyone has different experiences and I had an absolutely wonderful one!! I was so impressed with how attentive and patient the staff were with all of my “silly” questions it was so refreshing to have someone with me every step of the way and courteous throughout it all! Would very much recommend this place to all my friends and family! Thank you to them!

Made an appointment for an eye exam at 2:30pm. Arrived on time for it. Waited and waited. After waiting 45 minutes past when my appt shouldve started, I walked out. There were also walk-ins and appts after me that showed up and were waiting. Staff did not inform them of the wait time or delay at all. Don't waste your time here. They don't respect your time and are not communicative.

Lara did an excellent job replacing the screw and fixing my glasses. She was outstanding!

Highly recommended. If you haven’t gone there check it out. Staff is so nice and knowledgeable. I’ve worked with Sarah. She is amazing!!

I have got two progressive glasses for a fair price from Walmart in Simi Valley. What a waste of time and money. After six month I returned both of them. It was cloudy with micro scratches. They blamed on mishandling and bad cleaning practice. I have two more progressive glasses that I got two to three years before these two and they are perfectly fine without any scratch. I think they use low quality lenses. They did not change the lenses, they did not even give me the name of the manufactures. The people were very nice, however the quality is not satisfactory. Bottom-line, if you want to keep you glasses for long time, Think it twice. Do not waste your money. Do your homework first.
