Walmart Vision Center

I have a very very nice experience with the agent Name NAZIFA, She is a very nice, helpful, sweet and professional. This is my first time in the Walmart vision center and I am very satisfied with her service. She needs raise.

Lucresia was very professional and helped me from start to finish she made it very clear on understanding my prescription as well as picking different frames and lenses for my glasses. I’m so picky but she had all the patience to deal with me. Thank you ☺️

I went to the Aurora Walmart Supercenter's Vision Center for the first time several days ago and had a wonderful experience. I believe Priscilla was the optician who helped me that day. The "string" supporting the lens on my glasses snapped suddenly. All it took was walking into their office and they agreed to fix it by the next day. And just like that, I stopped by the following day and my glasses were good as new!

Dr was fine but wen it comes time to order contacts you CANNOT DO IT OVER FON!! Wth I've ordered over the fone for 20 years now she says it's a walmart policy? NOT TRUE GO ANYWHERE ELSE also they said exam would b $120 ended up $169 big difference..she said cuz she took pictures of MY eyes?! Never asked for the extra pictures and WAS NOT INFORMED OF THE PRICE BEFORE HAND

There is a reason their review average is so bad. Extremely rude front desk Ann and the "Eye Dr" gave me a prescription that was not correct. I told her it was not correct and she would not listen to my concerns. I was told there is no one to talk to because she is her own business entity. I tried not to look at Walmart as "Walmart" but they still hold up their image. The prescription she wrote me is completely off and if even when I switch the contacts around I can actually see slightly better than the actual prescription. I am out $80 and so now I am going to go get my actual prescription they wrote and compare them just too see how off this doctor really is.
