Paid $500+ for my glasses and insurance. When I had a problem to resolve the women basically shut me out before we even started taking about the issue. Very combative about letting me use the insurance I paid for to fix the issue.. all she keep saying was normal wear and tear … acting like it was gonna come out of her pocket . Never again I will comeback. Save yourself the stress and don’t come here.

This is a terrible business, save your money and time and go somewhere else where the Dr and staff cares, somewhere else where you can be treated right. In general everyone in this center doesn't know what's going on most of the time. Avoid frustration and disappointment. The worst person you have to deal with is the manager Brandi Parker. She lacks customer service skills, she is rude, condescending and please DO NOT question or disagree with her because she will yell at you and won't listen after that. I was there for an appointment and she had to finished her tuperware full of food first before she would talk to me, so unprofessional, the whole clinic smelled like food, if you see her you will know what l am talking about. The worst is that the optomtrist knows about it and dosen't care.He is just there to collect a check. No wonder they have the worst service and reviews. Please be AWARE!!! They have really bad reviews for a reason.
I am visiting from out of town and one of the nose cushions on my glasses fell off. Joseph was super helpful and replaced both of them for me. Thanks for making what could have been a difficult situation go away. Great job!
I don't usually write reviews when I have an issue with something. I always go straight to the source but I wanted others to know my experience with the Vision Center at this Walmart. They are rude and unprofessional. I set up an appointment and I was turned away for having a 99.1 degree temperature after getting out of the hot car and wearing a jacket. Keep in mind that your body temp can rise a couple point degrees after being in a warm environment. They said they couldn't let anyone in for having a temp above 99.2. I get it, Covid is serious and we want to keep everyone as safe as possible. The lady took my temp again about 10 seconds after the first time and it went up by more then a full degree. She kept taking it and it kept going up. No one's temperature goes up that fast and if I had a fever I would know. It was obvious that there was something wrong with their "non contact" thermometer that doesn't take accurate temperatures on a regular basis anyway. They didn't have any other way to take my temp either. I had left work two hours early and have been on my last pair of contact for 2 months now but they did not care. They didn't even want to check 10 minutes later or try to set up a new appointment for me. I get that they want to keep everyone healthy but it is no excuse to assume people have Covid and deny them the ability to see a doctor. Especially when it is due to a temp that is a little higher then normal due to non heath issues. Just honestly really disappointed in the way they handled things.
Had a great experience with Brandi! Who is the store manager! (this was about a year ago!) And she tried to give me some Hershey browies, she is just the biggest sweet heart ever. Would recommend them. They are an honest bunch and the Dr Klenklen is so thorough!
