Today was my first visit after reading the reviews. When I called to schedule my appointment, Ben was quite serious, but in person, he turned out to be really sweet. He assisted me in choosing my glasses without me even needing to ask. He's very stylish, and all the girls were incredibly nice and supportive throughout the process.

I scheduled an appointment yesterday through Tele Optometry and provided my insurance information during the call. Since this process was new to me, I asked if there were any changes to my policy or coverage and was told no. I arrived for my 10:50 a.m. appointment but wasn’t seen until around 11:25. When the appointment finally started, the doctor reviewed my information and told me it would be $99 for a contact lens exam. I declined, because I’ve been coming to this location for almost five years and have never had to pay out of pocket for an exam. I was told the policy had changed, which is fine — but that should’ve been communicated upfront, especially when my insurance was requested. Finding out after arriving and waiting was frustrating and a waste of time.

Glasses came back earlier than expected! Great service!

The whole staff here, including Dr. Thorsen and his team, are what heros look like. I came here today to get glasses and Ben walked me through to find an allergy free pair. I didn't catch the name of the ladies on the floor but they acknowledged everybody who came in and found time to get my insurance in and fixed my husband's glasses. While I was there they also got me an emergency appointment because my eye was red and irritated. Dr. Thorsen is one of the best eye doctors ever. Not only did he move aside some time in his day but he also did so with such a warm and fun attitude. He was able to tell me exactly what was going on with my eye in a clear and concise manner. I love, love, love this location and I won't go back to anybody else.

The EXPERIENCE with the staff was incredibly well done! From the first hello at the front desk, to the Doctors great humor and expert care and then finishing up with Benjamin Reilly, helping me with the fit and style, of my wonderful glasses… What a first class act!!! I have already recommended this eye center to all my “four eyed” friends. This is definitely the format of how it’s supposed to be done. Heartfelt thank you.
