That worker is very rude. My husband and I went to ask her a question about buying some armor, and she completely ignored us. A customer even told her to help us, and still, she paid us no mind, and she was still on the clock.

Absolutely, horrible customer service😡. The lady was so rude and she had a bad attitude. She did not help me find the glasses I needed . Last year, I got a frame , and customer service was amazing.

Great Customer Service & Dr Cheng is awesome. I made an appointment during work time (early AM), There were no crowds, or extended wait times, Dr. Cheng was very thorough and even performed one test twice without any additional charges. The staff are courteous professionals, and everything was neat and tidy. I will definitely return to this vision center again. I did shop also and everything was very good.
