Listed services include glasses & frames, contact lenses, contact lens fitting and sports & safety eyewear. Insurance accepted includes Davis Vision, Superior Vision, Spectera and Humana (10 plans in total). Care is provided by David Hartig, OD. Worst experience ever. Went there for an eye exam due to not wanting to wait it out where I normally would go. Not only did the doctor give me the wrong proscription that I can’t use, he had me to come back in just to rewrite a different prescription and draw dots on my frames that I purchased and recommend I send them back due to his screw up. Well it’s not that simple and it cost me more money. I would never go back there again and No I do not recommend at all. Poor service, rush job just to get money from my insurance company. Absolutely horrible- Belleviile location
