Went in today to order contacts for the first time at Walmart Optical and Donna was able to seamlessly process my order. Her sweet personality and positive spirit made my day! Had a good time talking with her, she noticed my contacts were bugging my eye and she offered me a cleaning solution, she didn’t have to do that but it was out of the kindness of her heart. I will definitely be using her services again. Haven’t experienced great customer service like this in a very long time.

After going to different places, I ended up at this location to find a new pair of glasses and I’m very glad I did. Donna was very kind and attentive when I went in to look for a pair of glasses. She gave me my space, but yet was there when I had questions and needed assistance. When I went to pick up my order, she and her staff were very kind as well and adjusted my glasses and assured me that I can come back if I needed anymore assistance. I appreciate people like Donna who make tasks, like finding a new pair of glasses, a lot easier and pleasant. (:

Hannah deserves double the amount she's getting paid now. She's fixed my old glasses so many times I trust no one else to go to but her.

Very friendly and when it came time for payment was willing to split it so I can still afford my bills; while going home in style. Both Hanna and Donna was such a hoot.

The Walmart Vision Center staff was super friendly and helpful. They made picking out glasses easy and answered all my questions. Great prices, fast service, and a smooth experience overall. I’d definitely recommend them!
