0 stars for customer service and everything else. I went in with my daughter one day had the prescription on my email I offered to send to a business email and the response was rude. Stating they don't take emails ok not a problem understandable gave them the benefit of the doubt went a second day. First my daughter and i walked in not even a greeting or may I help you mind you there were no customers after a couple minutes being at the store still no approach. When my daughter finally picked out what she liked the woman was so rude and proceded to tell us they don't take eyemed. The ora was so bad. I will not be going back. Train you employees to be friendly and approachable and offer them classes for customer service and manners.

DO NOT COME HERE, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE Cheryl one of the practice assistants is awful at her job. She was incredibly rude to the patients and made it clear she didn’t value anyone else’s time.I had to ask multiple times for her to contact the doctor for me, which in my opinion is the bare minimum. Do not give them your service, go anywhere but here.

I had a great experience here! I needed a last minute eye exam and Dr. Qiqi Cui was recommended by my own eye doctor. He was very kind, thorough, and patient. The optometrist was also wonderful. 100% recommend!
